A skilled SAP Business Analyst specializing in SAP Financial Compliance Management (FCM). This role is crucial for optimizing financial processes, implementing, and maintaining financial systems, and working with subsidiaries across North America. The ideal candidate should have 5+ years of experience and proficiency in SAP FCM. 

Responsibilities:

Financial Process Optimization

- Analyze and optimize financial processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

- Implement and maintain financial systems to support business operations.

SAP FCM Implementation and Maintenance

- Lead the implementation of SAP Financial Compliance Management (FCM) modules.

- Ensure the ongoing maintenance and updates of SAP FCM systems.

Collaboration with Subsidiaries

- Work closely with subsidiaries across North America to align financial systems and processes.

- Provide support and training to subsidiary teams on SAP FCM usage and best practices.

Data Analysis and Reporting

- Conduct data analysis to identify trends and insights for financial decision-making.

- Develop and maintain financial reports and dashboards for management review.

Compliance and Risk Management

- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.

- Identify and mitigate financial risks through effective controls and procedures.

Project Management

- Manage financial system projects from initiation to completion.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones and deadlines are met.

Technical Support and Troubleshooting

- Provide technical support for SAP FCM-related issues.

- Troubleshoot and resolve system problems to minimize downtime and disruptions.

Documentation and Training

- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for financial systems and processes.

- Conduct training sessions for users to ensure proper utilization of SAP FCM.

System Integration

- Integrate SAP FCM with other SAP modules and financial systems.

- Ensure seamless data flow and consistency across different systems.

Continuous Improvement

- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in financial processes and systems.

- Implement best practices and innovative solutions to enhance financial operations.

Qualifications



Required: 

- Bachelor’s degree in finance, information technology, or a related field.

- 3+ years of experience in business analysis, preferably within the IT or finance sectors .

- Proven experience with SAP, particularly in Financial Compliance Management (FCM).

- Strong understanding of financial principles and practices.

- Proficiency in SAP FCM and other relevant SAP modules .

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.

- Experience in project management and meeting deadlines.

- Bilingual proficiency (English and Korean) .

 

Preferred:

- More than 5 years of experience in business analysis.

- Previous experience in a similar role within an automotive part or manufacturing corporation.

- Familiarity with other financial software and tools.

 

Certificates, Licenses, and Registrations:

- SAP certification in Financial Compliance Management (FCM) or related modules.

- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.

 

Working Conditions

- This role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams, system customization, data analysis, documentation, training and support, system upgrades, compliance adherence, integration with other SAP modules, and developing reports and dashboards.
