One of B Capital’s leading portfolio companies is seeking a CEO to lead a B2C mobile application company into its next phase of growth and innovation. As CEO, you will be responsible for setting the company’s vision, scaling operations, and driving exceptional customer engagement to deliver transformative digital experiences. You will work closely with the Board of Directors, leadership team, and stakeholders to ensure the company’s long-term success in a competitive marketplace.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Vision and Strategy : Define and communicate a clear vision and strategic roadmap for the company. Align organizational goals with market opportunities and emerging trends.
• Leadership: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing executive team to foster innovation, collaboration, and accountability across the organization.
• Revenue Growth : Develop and execute strategies to drive user acquisition, retention, and monetization to meet and exceed revenue and profitability targets.
• Product Excellence : Ensure the company delivers cutting-edge, user-focused mobile application solutions that enhance the customer experience. Stay ahead of technological advancements and industry trends.
• Operational Oversight : Oversee daily operations and ensure scalable processes to meet business objectives. Align resources efficiently and sustainably.
• Stakeholder Relationships : Cultivate strong relationships with investors, partners, and board members. Deliver clear and compelling updates on the company’s performance and strategy.
• Brand and Culture : Champion the company’s culture, values, and mission, ensuring they resonate with employees, customers, and the broader market.

CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proven success as a CEO or senior executive in a high-growth B2C technology or mobile app company.
• Strong understanding of the mobile application ecosystem, user behavior, and market dynamics.
• Track record of scaling operations, managing P&L, and driving sustained revenue growth.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Innovative mindset with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities backed by data-driven insights.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Background in mobile app product management, user experience (UX), or software development.
• Advanced degree in Business, Technology, or a related field.
• Experience managing remote teams in the U.S. and internationally
