The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in LIHTC syndication and/or development, with a strong background in finance, accounting, capital markets, and real estate finance. This role involves driving financial performance, ensuring controls, and supporting strategic growth.Key Responsibilities :Financial Strategy and LeadershipDevelop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company's mission and objectives.Identify opportunities across business lines to reduce capital costs and enhance investment products and services.Provide strategic financial recommendations to the CEO and executive team based on analysis and projections.Lead and manage finance and accounting teams to ensure efficient operations and controls.Capital Markets and Real Estate FinanceManage finance needs, including lines of credit and other instruments supporting growth.Maintain relationships with investors, lenders, and financial institutions to secure favorable financing and leverage equity commitments.Advise on investment fund structuring, acquisitions, dispositions, and refinancing transactions.Financial and Tax Planning and AnalysisOversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for accurate reporting.Conduct financial analysis and modeling for strategic decisions.Manage cash flow, liquidity, taxes, and financial risks.Coordinate tax planning and reporting with external advisors.Financial Reporting and ComplianceEnsure timely and accurate financial statements in accordance with GAAP and regulations.Oversee audits and compliance with financial and tax regulations.Implement controls to safeguard assets and liquidity.Human ResourcesOversee HR policies, compensation, and benefits programs.Develop strategies for attracting and retaining talent.Partner with HR to forecast workforce needs and manage budgets.Ensure competitive salary structures and participate in succession planning.Our Firm - KM PartnersKM Partners specializes in executive search for high-growth impact-investment businesses across industries including Investment Management, Real Estate, Clean Energy, and more.
