Salary: $80,000 - 94,000 per year Requirements:

• Active DoD SECRET security clearance
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a related discipline
• Proficiency in Python
• Familiarity with SQL and foundational database concepts
• Ability to quickly learn new skills
• Strong problem-solving attitude and eagerness to learn
• Attention to detail
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Preferred qualifications include:
• Relevant coursework in data science, databases, or distributed systems
• Basic understanding of ETL concepts
• Familiarity with Linux/Unix environments
• Interest in cloud technologies and infrastructure-as-code
• Exposure to containerization concepts

Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and maintaining ETL pipelines for processing streaming data
• Aid in implementing data storage solutions utilizing open-source technologies
• Contribute to the design and execution of monitoring and alerting mechanisms for data pipelines
• Learn and execute infrastructure automation using tools like Terraform and Ansible
• Implement data governance and security measures
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across various locations
• Engage in team meetings and knowledge-sharing activities
• Undertake additional duties as assigned
