Responsibilities Provides consulting services to management, staff, and customers in analysis and design of programming systems, problem-oriented languages, management systems, scientific systems, and related areas of computational projects. Develops planning and monitoring of design, implementation, and checkout of programming systems; provides technical direction for complex problems. Performs customer-related technical tasks. Develops principles and procedures for customer-programming studies, analyzing objectives and methods. Creates analytical and computational techniques for problem-solving. Designs project formulation and development. Provides technical guidance and assistance on projects. Advises on programming and analytical phases of development and research. Develops mathematical models and conducts original research into modeling techniques. Performs other related duties as assigned. Qualifications Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems Engineering or related experience. Senior level position requiring: Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect Expert certification. ITIL Foundation or Practitioner v.4 certifications. DevSecOps FoundationSM certification from the DevOps Institute. Experience: 7-12 years of relevant experience. Preferred Education and Experience: 15-20 years in progressively responsible IT services management roles, with at least five in CI/CD or DevSecOps. Successful implementation and management of CI/CD and DevSecOps toolsets in complex environments. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant IT or management discipline. Strong communication skills related to CI/CD and DevSecOps. Physical Requirements: Sitting and standing for long periods. Ambulating within and between office buildings.
