At Zurich, technology is central to our operations, from underwriting to claims processing. Our IT team provides the latest tools to ensure efficiency and excellence, managing application development, enterprise architecture, and technology risk and compliance. Responsibilities: Collaborate with UX/UI designers and stakeholders to develop AEM components, templates, and workflows. Customize and extend AEM functionality using Java, HTL, and JavaScript. Integrate AEM with third-party systems via APIs. Configure AEM settings, permissions, and workflows. Assist in content migration and authoring, following best practices. Optimize AEM performance through code improvements and caching strategies. Work with cross-functional teams to implement digital solutions. Provide technical support and troubleshooting. Document system architecture and development processes. Conduct code reviews and quality assurance activities. Minimum Qualifications: Two-year degree in CIS/Computer Science or 1-2 years of IT development experience in lieu of degree. Preferred Qualifications: Proven experience as an AEM Developer, including custom components and integrations. Strong skills in Java, HTL, JavaScript, and related technologies. Experience with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and frameworks such as Angular or React. Knowledge of AEM Core Components and Touch UI development. Understanding of AEM administration and system maintenance. Familiarity with software development methodologies, version control, and CI/CD. Excellent problem-solving and collaborative skills. Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
