Job Description

Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 13 years of experience in intelligence analysis, Trust and Safety, or related field.
  • 2 years of experience in people management, leading teams.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master's degree or PhD in a relevant field.
  • Experience in adopting automation and AI, or similar technological change, for intelligence analysis or investigations.
  • Experience working on risks related to generative AI technologies.
  • Experience in enterprise risk assessments.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills with attention to detail in an ever-changing environment.
  • Excellent written communications skills.

Trust & Safety team members are tasked with identifying and taking on the biggest problems that challenge the safety and integrity of our products. They use technical know-how, excellent problem-solving skills, user insights, and proactive communication to protect users and our partners from abuse across Google products like Search, Maps, Gmail, and Google Ads. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $206,000-$289,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Deliver business impact by communicating about Cross-Product Area risks on GenAI and non-GenAI Google products in multiple written and verbal forums.
  • Oversee researching, structuring, and execution of the analyses to develop recommendations for product and Trust and Safety stakeholders.
  • Lead the investigation into the product presence of global threats to catalyze their remediation with product, engineering, and enforcement partners by arming the teams with precise intelligence for disruption in line with policies.
  • Drive the adoption of AI and automation across every workflow to reduce vendor costs, deliver analysis with speed and precision, and conduct comprehensive investigations with enforcement partners.
