Akkodis is seeking a Service Specialist for our Contract position with a direct client. It is for Hartford, CT location.
Position : Service Specialist
Location : Hartford, CT (Onsite)
Duration : 3+ Months
Pay Range: 18/hr - $20/hour on W2 without benefits (Pay rate varies based on experience)
Work Schedule: 8am-5pm or 8:30am-5:30pm
Job Description:
Summary
A Service Specialist is part of a team that provides various administrative support to our clients which may include; copy, print, mail, hospitality, facilities, and receptionist services.
Top 3 Required Skills:
1. Legal or Professional office experience preferred.
2. Experience using office equipment: high-speed copier/MFD, multi-line phone for receptionist backup, etc.
3. Excellent Written and Verbal communication skills, customer service/client facing
