LITIGATION ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY

Patil Law has a wonderful career opportunity for a detail-oriented litigation attorney to assist partners with case analysis, discovery, and trial. The firm's ideal candidate will have strong academic credentials, practical experience in litigation, and a demonstrated track record of superior legal analysis and strategy. At least two to five years of litigation experience is preferred.

We have a growing client base, and are looking to add a licensed attorney to our team to assist with these matters. The vast majority of our cases are privately arbitrated, so the ideal candidate can be geographically located outside the state as the work (outside of trials/hearings) takes place remotely.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Analyze and investigate litigation matters.
• Develop arguments (including researching applicable caselaw).
• Assist in all phases of litigation including arguing and defending motions, taking and defending depositions if necessary, and participation at trial.
• Prepare and review motions, briefs, and discovery.
• Report to partners and clients regarding case status.
• Experience handling litigation matters independently.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 2+ years litigation experience.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Proactive mindset with a proven ability to work independently.
• High level of professionalism and outstanding interpersonal skills.
• Active bar license.
