The Medical Science Liaison supports the U.S. Aesthetic, Prescription, and Consumer Business Unit by developing and maintaining relationships with healthcare professionals and external stakeholders. The MSL provides scientific exchange, gathers insights, and supports Galderma’s portfolio with medical and scientific expertise.

Responsibilities include:

1. Driving external expert and influencer engagement across specialties and preparing engagement plans.
2. Interacting with academic and clinical experts, social media influencers, and identifying clinical investigators for trials.
3. Facilitating research proposals and investigator-initiated trials.
4. Developing educational messaging to increase awareness of Galderma’s products and services.
5. Acting as a scientific expert, training external speakers, and supporting promotional and advisory activities.
6. Attending congresses, engaging with stakeholders, and tracking scientific trends and influencers.
7. Supporting research activities by identifying investigators and providing feedback.
8. Responding to scientific inquiries and utilizing technology platforms to increase efficiency.
9. Ensuring data integrity in promotional claims.
10. Performing other duties as assigned.

Requirements include:

1. Medical degree (MD, PhD, PharmD).
2. 2-5 years of experience in medical, regulatory, or R&D in pharma, biotech, or medical devices.
3. Experience in Dermatology.
4. Effective communication and planning skills.
5. Proficiency with MS Office and understanding of US regulatory standards.
6. Ability to work in a team and adapt to a dynamic environment.
7. Willingness to travel up to 70%.
