We're Hiring: Outside Sales Pro with Drive & Heart

Join a fast-growing, high-performance team at Jan-Pro of the Western Carolinas. We’re looking for a sharp, people-savvy Outside Sales Representative to help us expand our footprint in commercial cleaning services. This is your chance to make a serious impact with a supportive team, structured systems, and uncapped income potential.

About the Role

As an Outside Sales Rep, you’ll lead the charge in identifying new business, building strong relationships, and presenting customized cleaning solutions to commercial clients. You’ll manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting to proposal delivery—backed by the tools, support, and reputation of an established industry leader.

 

What You’ll Do

• Prospect local businesses and high-value leads
• Conduct in-person discovery meetings and walk-throughs
• Deliver polished proposals and close deals
• Collaborate with our Inside Sales team to avoid lead overlap
• Use Zoho CRM to track activity, appointments, and outcomes
• Attend weekly Monday morning sales meetings (EOS L-10 format)
• Partner with Operations to ensure smooth account start-ups

 

What You Need

• Proven B2B sales experience (preferably field-based)
• Confidence and charisma to win trust and close deals
• Tech comfort (especially with CRMs like Zoho)
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• High standards for follow-through, documentation, and customer care

• On-target earnings for high producers = $125K+
• Competitive base salary + performance commissions
