Our client, a leader in beverage manufacturing, is seeking a Quality Assurance Supervisor to join their team. As a Quality Assurance Supervisor, you will be part of the Quality Assurance department supporting production teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a detail-oriented mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Quality Assurance Supervisor

What's the Job?

• Implement and maintain quality assurance protocols for cranberry processing, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Monitor QA processes through plant audits, paperwork reviews, and process checks.
• Conduct analytical testing of raw materials and finished products, evaluating results against specifications.
• Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve quality issues, driving continuous improvement.
• Train operators on quality assurance documentation and food safety compliance requirements.

What's Needed?

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Food Science, Agriculture, or a related field.
• Five plus years of progressive leadership experience within Quality Assurance in the food industry.
• Strong knowledge of processing and canning operations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong focus on attention-to-detail.
• Proficiency in laboratory techniques and quality control methodologies.
