Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Sales Business Analyst to support our sales operations through data-driven insights and strategic analysis. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to interpret complex data to drive business growth and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities and optimize sales strategies.
• Develop and maintain sales forecasts, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market conditions.
• Prepare and present detailed reports on sales performance, highlighting key trends and providing actionable recommendations.
• Use SAP and other analytical tools to manage sales data, track performance, and support decision-making processes.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (production, logistics, etc.) to ensure alignment of sales strategies and business goals.
• Monitor key performance indicators and suggest improvements to enhance sales performance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in sales analysis, business analysis, or a similar role, preferably in the manufacturing or FMCG sectors.
• Proficiency in SAP and strong skills in Microsoft Excel and other analytical tools (e.g., Power BI).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from complex data sets.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive, solutions-driven approach.
