As a Security Professional - Hotel Patrol in Denver, CO , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Hotels & Resorts and more .

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer in a hotel and resort setting, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents and maintaining a welcoming environment for guests and staff. Your presence and routine patrols contribute to a sense of order, while your strong communication and customer service skills support positive interactions. You will be part of a team that values agility, reliability, and innovation, always putting people first and acting with integrity in all security-related matters.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer service to guests and staff by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as needed.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the hotel property and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential issues.
  • Monitor entrances, exits, and common areas to help to deter unauthorized access and support a welcoming environment for guests.
  • Document and report any security-related incidents, hazards, or unusual occurrences according to site protocols.
  • Collaborate with hotel staff and management to address concerns and support a secure environment for all occupants.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Fire Safety Professional certification is preferred.
  • A state, county, or city issued security-related license is preferred.
  • County of Denver unarmed security professional license is preferred.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
