Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Security Guard to join our team for weekend coverage .
The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and visitors. This position requires a proactive approach to security, with responsibilities that include monitoring premises, preventing loss, and responding to emergencies. The Security Guard will utilize various skills to ensure the safety of all individuals on-site.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and patrol assigned areas to prevent theft, vandalism, and other criminal activities.
• Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, providing first aid when necessary.
• Enforce rules and regulations to maintain order and safety within the premises.
• Collaborate with law enforcement when required and assist in investigations as needed.
• Prepare detailed reports of incidents, observations, and activities during shifts.
• Manage conflicts effectively, utilizing conflict management skills to de-escalate situations.
• Ensure compliance with security protocols and procedures at all times.

Skills

• Excellent conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Strong observational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups of people.
• Current Valid Texas Security guard license (preferred ).

Schedule
This is a weekend-only position , with shifts scheduled Friday through Sunday . Ideal for candidates seeking part-time or supplemental weekend work.
