Job Title: Senior Account Executive - Touring Department: Sales

Position Summary
This hybrid role is a results-driven sales professional specializing in the Sound, Lighting and Video industry.
Essential Functions
While not all-inclusive, the following is a list of primary and general duties. In addition to these listed duties, this
position shall also perform other tasks as assigned, shall abide by all provisions of the Employee Handbook, and
shall participate in all company initiatives and projects.
● Identify and secure new business with the strategic vision to grow existing business within the live music
and touring industry
● Build and drive the full sales funnel process.
● Plan and estimate event costs and margins according to company guidelines and in consultation with
management
● Enter and maintain accurate and up to date data about customers, leads, and opportunities in CRM
● Build relationships with new businesses relationships with artists, tour managers, agents, and promoters.
● Meet quarterly and annual sales targets.
● Collaborate with internal production teams to scope, design, and price touring packages.
● Ensure timelines, budgets, and production quality standards are met.
● Ability to read and comprehend contract scope and terms and conditions
● Work onsite as needed to support major events or troubleshoot client concerns.
● Attend industry trade shows, concerts, and networking events to maintain industry knowledge and
visibility.
Education and Experience
● A minimum 4-year degree from an accredited college or university in a business-related major.
● 3–5 years of experience in concert touring, live event production, or entertainment industry sales.
● Project Management experience
● Proven track record in client management and closing sales in a production environment
● Deep understanding of touring logistics and AV technology (audio, lighting, video)
● Proficiency in CRM tools, budgeting software

● Being comfortable connecting to new people. Accepting wins and losses without lingering effects is
essential
● Attention to detail and the ability to work within deadlines and to multitask.
● Ability to follow established company policies and procedures, and make recommendations for changes.

● Ability and willingness to be coached to learn and grow their skill set will be necessary for success in this
role and with the company.
● Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
● Excellent communication skills both written and oral.
Physical Requirements/Work Environment.
This role requires the ability to move about an office environment, venues and show sites frequently. This role
requires the ability to remain stationary 50% of the time and the ability to climb stairs. This will be both indoor and
outdoor and temperatures can vary between extreme hot and cold. Must be able to lift up to 15 lbs regularly, up to
25 lbs often and up to 50 lbs sometimes.
Travel
This position requires frequent travel, up to 25% of the time. Travel will be primarily within the United States and
will require regular overnight stays.
Expected Hours of Work
Hours of work are a typical workday schedule, except during high volume periods when evening and weekend
work may occasionally be required. All breaks and lunches will comply with local, state and federal laws. Hourly
positions requiring overtime will be paid in accordance with local, state and federal laws.
