Job Summary

Sell Comcast Internet, Data, Video, and Voice services to small and mid-size businesses, focusing mainly on advanced communications solutions including PRI, Hosted PBX, and multi-location opportunities. Create and deliver face-to-face sales presentations demonstrating knowledge of Comcast products and services. Promote bundled products to ensure the best solution for the customer. Exceed departmental financial and unit targets. Stay informed about the competitive landscape and emerging technologies to position Comcast Business Services effectively in the marketplace.

Job Description

Core Responsibilities

  • Develop territory by establishing local business partnerships, organizational affiliations, and enhancing Comcast’s positioning and brand locally.
  • Maintain quality sales records and prepare sales and activity reports as required.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and support a positive impression of the Comcast Experience.
  • Drive new acquisition sales of Comcast Commercial Internet, Video, and Voice services to small and mid-size businesses.
  • Generate new leads through prospecting activities such as cold calling, canvassing, referrals, and partnerships.
  • Focus on advanced communication solutions including PRI, Hosted PBX, and multi-location opportunities.
  • Identify areas for improvement through a consultative approach to enhance clients' internal and external communication effectiveness.
  • Manage a high-activity territory with a comprehensive business plan.
  • Collaborate with technical, customer service, and support staff to ensure seamless sales and customer satisfaction, driving revenue growth.
  • Maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects to meet or exceed sales quotas.
  • Stay knowledgeable about Comcast products and services to facilitate sales efforts.
  • Achieve and surpass sales and quality objectives.
  • Adhere to company standards and maintain professionalism.
  • Maintain punctuality, regular attendance, and consistency.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Compensation

Base Pay: $75,000; Total Target Compensation (including Commission): $125,000. Opportunities for earning above targets are available for overachievement.
