Description As a Senior Business Analyst for Apple Arcade, you will be instrumental in analyzing and driving the business forward. Your responsibilities include assessing performance metrics, analyzing user behavior related to acquisition, engagement, and retention, and collaborating with the Consumer Insights team on research projects. You will create detailed analyses to understand Apple Arcade customers, identify retention drivers, and develop strategies to enhance business performance. Additionally, you will support forecasting, business planning, and evaluate new product initiatives. Staying informed on industry trends and identifying growth opportunities will be key. You will work cross-functionally across Apple to support gaming initiatives. This role combines analytical expertise, strategic thinking, and a passion for gaming and entertainment. Minimum Qualifications 4+ years of relevant experience in games, technology, media, or entertainment; experience with subscription services is preferred. Strong skills in Excel and Keynote. Experience in business planning and forecasting. Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Regular gaming habits and opinions on game quality. Adaptability in dynamic, collaborative environments. Experience with syndicated data sources (e.g., MRI-Simmons, Newzoo, GameRefinery). BA/BS in business, finance, data science, or equivalent experience. Pay & Benefits The base salary range is $115,100 to $173,300, depending on skills and experience.
