Base pay range

$200,000.00/yr - $210,000.00/yr

Roessel Joy has partnered with an established banking client on a new Tax Director role. The ideal candidate will have public experience, their CPA, and over 10 years of tax experience.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare Tax Provision in accordance with ASC 740.
• Ensure all income tax extensions and returns are filed timely.
• Make quarterly estimated tax payments in a timely manner
• Review cashflow and track investment performance.
• Collect K-1's.
• Manage Tax Department Staff members. Reviewing team performance and making adjustments as needed.
• Manage Month-End Income Tax Process.

Qualifications:

• 10+ Years of Tax experience.
• Prior leadership experience.
• CPA required.
• Skilled in technical tax accounting.
• Strong communication and organization skills.
