About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP for Paid Search and Paid Social, who will be a key leader in the strategic vision, growth plans, and roadmap for these digital performance channels. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving efficiency and integration across organic and paid search, ensuring a holistic strategy that meets client goals and KPIs. This role involves close partnership with the SVP to find and deploy relevant organic growth opportunities, as well as owning the relationships with internal teams and key platform partners. The VP will also be charged with team development, setting the stage for innovative approaches to search, and ultimately, high-quality project delivery on all client initiatives. Applicants for the VP position should have superior analytical, strategic thinking, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with C-level executives. A proven track record in growing, managing, and inspiring internal search teams is essential, as is extensive experience in leading social marketing teams. The role requires a leader who is proficient in Microsoft Office, with a strong understanding of 3rd party tools, management platforms, and analytics suites. The ideal candidate will be adept at representing the company's expertise to external parties and will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with clients and agency partners. A deep understanding of consumer behavior and a passion for the industry, with a commitment to continuous learning, are also key attributes for this role.
