Experienced/Autonomous Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (CRNP) Opportunity at Altheda Medical Center

This Experienced/Autonomous role: Base Pay $125,000 - $135,000 + Bonus + Benefits!!!

Altheda Medical Center offers multi-specialty medical services on a mission to provide high-quality and easily accessible care. Our starting focused offerings are consisted of primary care, special medical exams and psychiatry. Our tech-integrated and patient-centered focus aims to redefine the traditional healthcare delivery standards practiced in conventional outpatient settings.

We are looking for an Experienced/Autonomous Nurse Practitioner (CRNP) with a focus in primary care and urgent care to be a part of our team as we strive to provide better coordinated care management for patients in conjunction with our primary care department.

As a Primary Care Nurse Practitioner at Altheda, you will:

  • Deliver comprehensive care , managing acute and chronic conditions through thorough evaluations, treatment plans, and follow-ups.
  • Focus on preventive care , educating patients to proactively manage their health.
  • Conduct diagnostic testing and screenings to detect health issues early.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create personalized, evidence-based care plans.
  • Refer patients to specialists when necessary and ensure continuity of care.
  • Uphold regulatory standards and Altheda’s commitment to clinical excellence .
  • Engage patients and families as partners in achieving optimal health outcomes.


Qualifications:

  • Current Pennsylvania State License and DEA certification .
  • 5+ years of experience in primary care or family medicine (preferred).
  • A passion for patient education , preventive care , and holistic health .
  • Strong clinical judgment and a commitment to high-quality care .
